Low Cost Service
Our low cost service aims to make counselling accessible to those who might otherwise not be able to afford the full session fee of £50 per session.

The service is for those aged 16+

Pay £15, £20 or £25, £30 or £35 per session, depending on affordability (we don't perform checks - we trust you to choose the amount that's affordable for you without causing financial hardship)

Face-to-face or online sessions available. Weekly or fortnightly sessions available.
Please note that this is not an emergency service. If you are actively suicidal then please speak to your GP. In an emergency, call 999. Remember that the Samaritans are available to call 24hrs a day on 116123.
Please use the form below to register interest. We aim to respond within 24hrs with an assessment form for you to complete. This information will be used to assess if we can help and if so, when we anticipate you will be able to start counselling. If there is no immediate start, you will have the option to go on the waiting list. If you do not wish to go ahead with counselling or to be placed on the waiting list then your assessment data will be immediately deleted.
