It’s a space to slow things down, understand each other better, and find a way forward together.

Young Person Counselling
For those aged 11+. These sessions aim to help a young person feel seen and heard, and supported in achieving their goals. Sessions involve working in the way in which the young person is most comfortable - they may combine talking therapy with art, music, sand tray work or other creative resources.
Sessions are in-person with Dr Heather Bond (£50 per 50 min session).

Child Sessions
Child sessions are for children aged between 4 and 11 years. Children play their feelings much better than they can talk about them. Using play therapy skills, Dr Heather Bond works in a non-directive way, providing a safe and warm relationship in a purpose-built playroom where each toy is chosen specifically for its therapeutic value.
