For those aged 16 and above. Sharing what's bothering you with a non-judgmental therapist who's genuinely interested in you and what's important to you can be an important step towards moving on with your life in positive ways.
Sessions can be in-person, on Zoom or by telephone. Choose from sessions with Dr Heather Bond (£45 per 50 min session), Nicola Keogh (£45 per 50 min session) or Caroline Scade (£50 per 50 min session).
For those aged 11+. Youth counselling sessions aim to help a young person feel seen & heard, and supported in achieving their goals. Sessions involve working in the way in which the young person is most comfortable - they may combine talking therapy with art, music, emotion cards or other creative resources.
Child therapy sessions are for children aged between 4 and 11 years. Using play therapy skills, Dr Heather Bond works in a non-directive way, trusting in each child's unique ability to work things through using play.
The fabric of a relationship can feel pulled to its very limits by competing needs and wants, different levels of desire, infidelity, different perspectives on finances, parenting, in-laws etc. Relationship counselling offers a neutral space where you can voice and explore relationship difficulties, gain new perspectives and learn new tools to rebuild the relationship afresh in a way that suits both parties' needs. These sessions are in-person and are offered by Nicola Keogh (£60 per 50 min session) or Dr Heather Bond (£70 per 1hr 20 min session).
